Which requirements must my host organization fulfill in order to be able to offer an internship or training to me?

Your host organization must demonstrate proof of the following requirements in order to be able to host an intern or a trainee in the J-1 visa program:

• Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) number
• Employer Identification Number EIN (tax number)
• A valid website that verifies the host organization’s physical address, telephone number, and email address
• Verification of Workman’s Compensation
• If your host organization has fewer than 25 employees OR less than 3 million USD in annual revenue, there will be an on-site visit needed
